CJ Customs is a custom laser-engraving business serving the Lehigh Valley, PA area. This website lets you browse our product catalog, view estimated prices, and add items to a cart so you can tell us what you are interested in.

There is no online payment or checkout on this site. When you are ready, you submit an order request (or a quote request for custom or corporate work), which is emailed to us. We then follow up with you personally to confirm the details, final pricing, personalization, lead time, pickup or shipping, and payment arrangements before any work begins. Submitting a request does not complete a purchase.

Prices shown in the catalog are estimates only and are subject to change depending on design, materials, quantity, artwork complexity, and other factors. An estimate is not an offer to sell at that price.

An order request or quote request you submit is an invitation for us to provide a confirmed quote and is not a binding order. No contract is formed, and no work is scheduled, until CJ Customs confirms your order, the final price, and the personalization details directly with you. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any request.

Much of our work is personalized. When you submit names, logos, designs, artwork, text, or other content to be engraved (“Customer Content”), you represent and warrant that:

• you own the Customer Content or are otherwise licensed and authorized to use it and to have it engraved;
• the Customer Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy right, or other right of any third party; and
• the Customer Content is not unlawful, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

You grant us the limited right to use, reproduce, and modify the Customer Content solely as needed to prepare proofs and produce your order. CJ Customsmay, in its sole discretion and for any reason, decline or stop work on any request — including content we believe may be infringing, unlawful, or offensive — without that being a breach of these Terms.

Any production or turnaround times we share are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Lead times depend on the design, materials, order volume, proof approvals, and supplier availability, and may change. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

Because submitting a request does not create a binding order, you may withdraw a request at any time before we confirm it with you. Once an order is confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible — particularly for personalized items, which are made to order and generally cannot be resold. We will always do our best to work with you on changes; the specifics of any deposit, cancellation, or revision terms will be confirmed with you directly as part of your order.

This website and its content — including the CJ Customsname, logo, text, graphics, product photography, page layouts, and design — are owned by CJ Customs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or otherwise use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of your Customer Content to us beyond the limited license described above.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, CJ Customs disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that catalog descriptions, images, or estimated prices are complete, accurate, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, in no event will CJ Customs LLC, its owners, or its staff be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CJ Customs LLC and its owners and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Customer Content you submit or your breach of these Terms — for example, a claim that artwork or text you provided infringes someone else’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the website after that means you accept the updated Terms.
